The bigger the frills the better, especially when it comes to a statement top. Frills, ruffles, bows and anything dramatic, I’m all for it. I have been lucky enough to find some good fashion pieces of late. Although, after my next few packages come in I’m going on a shopping freeze until the new year.

Shopping is my cardio, and in my mind I can justify every purchase. My main reason to buy a lot of clothes is because I am a fashion blogger. After all you can’t have a fashion blog with no fashion… Once everything has been featured, I am going to be doing a few posts on how to make an outfit work in more than way. I’m quite excited about this as I love a good challenge, stay tuned.

Any way back to todays look, I got this shirt from Sheinside and I love it. I thought the fills might make me look bigger than I am, but I think it works on me.  At first I was going to wear this shirt with white pants and shoes, but it looked too much like a summer outfit. The great thing about a blue and white stripe shirt is you can wear it in the summer or fall. It’s a transition piece.

In the end I went with leather culottes and knee high boots. I also added an orange lip and a leopard print bag for a contrast. As you know I hate to match too much.
